Career Development Program for women from Marginalized /disadvantaged
communities
Manusher Jonno Foundation is working for promoting human rights and good
governance. Capacity development of human resource especially for the dis-advanced groups is
one of the major strategies of MJF. “Career development program for women from
marginalized communities” is an initiative of MJF to encourage women for building their
career in different sectors. MJF has been conducting this program since 2010 and till date more
than 100 women have been participated.
Who can apply?
Women from marginalized communities (i.e. Indigenous, Disability, Dalit etc.)
Minimum educational qualification is graduate (B.A/BSC/B.COM/BSS) from any discipline
Spirit of volunteerism and high level aspiration of own career development as well as
support others through providing development support and services.
Potential candidates can apply with writing a one page Expression of Interest (in Bangla/English)
elaborating the rationale behind their application, what they would like to achieve from this
program and how it will support own career development, contribute to the development of
their community as well. Applicants are requested to send the application with attaching a copy
of passport size photograph, detail CV, and copies of all academic certificates to Mr. Pablo
